S&P 4HR
6am - 10pm was usually profitable. i used ichimoku clouds and support and resistance lines i predict that tomorrow will consolidate. best time to trade may be thursday july 30, 2026.
Thursday July 23, 2026 reading charts with ICHIMOKU CLOUD 1week & 4hr timeframe
first imma say... like what the fuck type NASA BS does this look like? looks crazy.
heres S&P 500 on the weekly chart very strong bullish momentum for a couple years. first thing i notice... price is above all lines besides lagging span. price is mostly green.
price above cloud ✅; green cloud ✅; conversion over base ✅ ; price above lag ✅
NASDAQ OVERALL BULLISH CHART price is above all lines. cloud is mostly green.
price above cloud ✅; green cloud ✅; conversion over base ✅ ; price above lag ✅
DOW JONES OVERALL BULLISH CHART price is above all lines. cloud is mostly green.
price above cloud ✅; green cloud ✅; conversion over base ✅ ; price above lag ✅
that being said, this it took me aprox 10 seconds "to take one look" to find trend, momentum, and support on all three charts. my statement still stands on how these charts move very similarly on a higher timeframe (weekly). now i will take a look on shorter timeframes and data my understandings from what ive learned or thought i learned. note: im not sure if theres anything different that i should keep note of when reading shorter timeframes (1m - 4h).
reminder to never take a trade on a bearish moving chart.

Thursday July 16, 2026 - mapping support and resistance zones for the first time
Today I found that the markets NQ, DOW, and S&P are all at its price discovery stage due to all the charts reaching an all time high(ATH). I choose to look at these markets because they move very similarly on the higher timeframe chart. Today i only attempted to map out support and resistance zones and having CHATGPT rate my efforts. Minimal mistakes, #1 i was told not to mark small consolidations(ex. like only a couple weeks traded in that area which means price didnt spend much time accepting that value) because it's more of a pause than a major weekly level. and #2 to keep the zones thinner for identifying a more precise area where price accepted or rejected value. If a zone is too wide, it loses precision and becomes less useful for planning entries and exits on lower timeframes.
