Poser Pro - posing the model
Once I have my model, I use Poser Pro to... you guessed it... pose it.
DAZ3D models are designed to work well in Poser Pro, with most models pre-rigged so they are easy to position exactly the way you want them.
Here, I've taken the "Bull" model and posed him in a dramatic charge; I also took care to pose him in a way such that his body overlaps the main stars of the constellation. Notice that the background picture is the celestial chart I made with PP3.
Once the model is in the pose I want, I export a copy as an OBJ file then open it with 3ds Max...
