I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong place, searching the wrong tags or if his route was just that massively disappointing that nobody is talking about it, but I actually really liked Dazai's route. And the dramatic ending photo was so cute I couldn't stop smiling.

So I finished Dazai’s Route and played the Dramatic Ending. Here’s my thoughts:

Spoilers Ahead!

First off, I have never spent this much money on Ikevamp ever! 😭😭😭 But Dazai’s route had such good suspense. I was always ready for the next chapter! I wasn’t even mad at the Charles-Henri, Vlad, Faust focused chapters. I’m not disappointed after spending the money, but please save your coins.

Dazai is depressed and will forever crucify himself for his past. He will experience moments of happiness with MC, but he won’t allow himself to label it as such. It’s odd, but I still love him. He will certainly never deny his love for her though. Bittersweet.

IMO, compared to some of the other routes I’ve played Dazai’s route will require you to appreciate the smaller signs of love. Since he refuses to claim being capable of making MC happy, there are other things that bring on the feels. (I missed out on some letters from not having enough points, but the few that I did get were sweet).

Like calling him Shuji! His real name. And him calling MC by her name more often. ☺️🥰

And this! 🤧💜 “my wife” I’m SOFT!!! 😔😫💝

MC still has some clown behavior, but it was a good route. The best part was seeing Shuji be more honest around MC, even if that meant less smiles from him. Even if Shuji isn’t as traditionally romantic like some of the others, he’s still in my Top 4 now. He’s kind, gentle, and he has the best tiddies in the mansion (that cg in chapter one is 🔥🔥🔥)!

Okay lemme explain why Dazai's gotta be one of my faves in Vamp:

1. The dude is hilarious. Add a pinch of Arthur to that n they became an annoying pair that teases poor Isaac. Stan a funny man.

2. He can't remember MC's name, or at least he chooses not to use it. I'm fine like PUHLEASE by all means call me Yoshiko or Toshiko wtv floats your boat because I'm putty in your hands I love your pet names

3. The man climbs windows. HE CLIMBS WINDOWS. He uses main door like what, 4 times max? I swear he can climb trees or anything else u just name it

4. He's so mysterious what the actual heck, I have no background knowledge on him except for his teasing n slightly flirtatious nature. IDK MAN WHY DID HE COME BACK TO LIFE?! n I think he is actually trying to hide it? maybe it's just me but I dig that mysterious vibe

5. His face is so handsome yes ikemen I know but still handsome.

Listen, I like the Ikevamp mc for the most part, but gurl!!! Stand up!! You deserve better than that!

MC knows she wouldn’t have been able to leave if Dazai had initiated a relationship and gave her the affection she desired. Clown behavior!

I love Dazai too, but I honestly would have left him alone at this point since he wants to suffer alone. However, he IS sexy and more charming than Arthur, so who knows maybe irl my conscience would melt too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I recommend Dazai’s route, but it is dark and depressing. 🙃🙂 What can I say, Ikevamp has a lot of eligible emotionally broken men. 😋
