A TransID flag for people who wish to have nearsightedness/myopia in a trans way.
A zigzag line with pink, red, orange, yellow, green, and mint. (The disabled flag.) The background flag is teal (from a visually impaired flag) with yellow dots at the 2 sharp point on the zigzag flag (another visually impaired flag.) In the center there is a symbol with a black eye that has a minus inside the iris.
TransFarsighted/TransHyperopia

A zigzag line with pink, red, orange, yellow, green, and mint. (The disabled flag.) The background flag is teal (from a visually impaired flag) with yellow dots at the 2 sharp point on the zigzag flag (another visually impaired flag.) In the center there is a symbol with a black eye that has a plus inside the iris.
