he was born in middlebury but grew up in burlington. he grew up in a pretty warm, normal family. he had quite a few siblings and he's the grumpy, scowling one in the corner, so it's safe to say they got on each other's nerves a lot (more like they got on his...), but other than that, they were just the loud, chaotic family next door. they all work in pretty important fields. his father is a retired police chief and his mother a retired kick-ass laywer. all the siblings sorta followed suit. went to the university of vermont and that’s where he met his now ex-wife. the best thing in his life is his daughter, hallie. he's really just a grumpy bear who needs love but won't admit it even if you put him in a torture chair.

needs: his ex-wife who has been pretty absent with her ‘new family’. he not only hates her because she cheated but she also rarely sees hallie. also needs hallie. she’s eighteen and a college student and his everything (dad/daughter relationships!!!!). and then the rest of the police force and the gang he’s undercover with.

sugar and spice and invisible voices in the night. probably what needs to go on zulie’s gravestone. she’s lived in middlebury her entire life and has never left new england. work as a psychic at her parents shop. claims to fortell things but really she’s just good at reading people. not to mention she used to hear voice when she was little and parents swore up and down that it was ghosts (they were AMAZED). they were wrong. but ghosts are more fun than being bipolar so. she’s better now though. kinda.

needs: her last sibling aka her baby sister (someone PLEASE make her w/ saoirse ronan). i want a lady squad for her. she’s currently sleeping w/ an ex of hers who’s married to one of her friends. its fine. i sort of want another guy for her who she runs to whenever she feels guilty about the affair. basically using him to feel better its w/e.
