Having an extremely vivid mental image of something and being Completely Incapable of translating it onto a canvas is the most frustrating, soul-killing part of trying to do everything myself and lacking expertise OR solid official references...
It's even worse because trying to thumbnail the concept little by little to build the foundations from nothing ultimately overrides the mental images and makes them even harder to call upon in the future...
Maybe "The Trick" to phone doodling is using the pencil brush instead of the pen one.
I'm a mature outline writer.
I think a name I'd pursue for a filler-only Fusions setting would be "Original Heroes: Fusions Flip-Side" because it's not only descriptive, but its acronym would be "OH FFS" which is what most other sane DBZ fans would say if they saw it.
