as much as this upsets me to say, bic has said quite a few insensitive things on fancafe regarding “reggae hair”. and while people having differing opinions on this phrase, i think we can all agree that he needs to be educated on it him saying it continuously isn’t okay.

we do need to understand that east and southeast asia has a lack of diversity and that may explain why quite a few idols are uneducated on topics such as hair, clothing, and ca. as a poc person from america with southeast asian roots, the world we’re all living in today is interconnected. idols have shown and corrected this type of behavior before, so bic has no excuse as to why he can’t educate himself. fans have tweeted about this before. so in short, there’s really no excuse for comments like this.

some twt gems sent emails to top med detailing their thoughts. [email protected] is mcnd’s official email throught top med. i will be sending mine later on tomorrow but in eng bc idk how tf to write in korean (working on it yall fr)

i hope mcnd receives education on these phrases and above all else, respects everyone going forward. i still have a lot of hope for them as a group!

so originally this was a kpop blog, like every group was supposed to be on here bc i didn’t want to limit myself to one group lol but i guess i wanted to separate my kpop stuff from my kdrama main stuff

this pic of seungmin honestly encapsulates my chaotic energy. ponytail, finger guns, fancy outfit. think i might change it soon tho lol

oh you mean why did i choose the plain black header? i’m not into the whole gfx thing and i fear all adobe applications... i just wanted something simple for the black and white thing i’ve got going on rn

i don’t believe in guilt-tripping other people but educating them is another thing. importance is subjective to each person and all choices we make pertaining to posting and content should be respected! <3

1. who was your first bias?

seungmin. i saw that kid smile and i lost it. 

2. who is your bias now? 

still seungmin, although i’ve been drawn to huijun lately 😳😳

3. what was the first mv you watched by them?

ice age. i was scrolling on insta and someone posted a clip of it and i stanned IMMEDIATELY. 

4. what’s your favorite mv? 

i don’t know if this counts, but the kill this love cover is iconic and will be recorded as one of the best blackpink covers in my opinion. seungmin shined in that video, covering lisa’s part. 

5. if you could only listen to one of their songs for the rest of your life which would it be?

oooooh uhm, maybe bumpin’ (kwang kwang kwang)? from earth age? i really loved that song when i first heard it and i was surprised they didn’t promote it as a b-side. castle j’s whisper part makes me lose my sanity.

6. who would you want to see them collab with?

this is a really hard question because i genuinely don’t see them collabing with anyone. they’ve got a really distinct hip hop vibe that kpop is shying away from nowadays, but maybe.... crush or zico...? i literally can’t think of any group who’s doing the club or hip hop concept now.

7. what concept do you want to see them do? 

every group needs to do a love concept. something similar to “if you do” for them. seeing castle j be heartbroken in a mv is something on my bucketlist LMAOOOOOO (but also a hoe song like baby don’t stop STOP ME PLS—)

8. have you ever had a dream with any of them?

no. sadly. but since we’re on the topic i’ll tell you a dream i had with RM. we were performing in some square thing... you know those public random dance things on youtube? well we were at one of those and i was THROWING IT BACK and he bent down and hit his head on my butt. so... that was funny LMAOOO. he kissed my head later. i’m lonely.

9. if you could spend a day with one member, who would it be and what would you do?

maybe seungmin? i feel like we’d laugh a lot. i literally laugh at anything and he seems like such a fun friend. i would go to carnival with him and just troll him if we played games together.

seungmin LMAOOOOO it’s because we’re both chaotic.
