2017.08.25 Being healthy is cheap, being sick is very expensive. Inspired by my father experience, I decided to life more healthy. I was thought than being skinny means healthy, so when I moved to jakarta and gained some weights, it stressed me out. I tried many ways to get my previous body weight. I start to control my appite *which so hard because I like to eat snack* and registered gym membership to loose some weight. As the time goes by I realize that my motivation registered gym is wrong, then I change my mindset. All of my workout is not for being skinny but to be healthy and have a great body is a bonus. I'm glad to have friends that support me as well. Yoga is favorite exercise recently, I do curious with all pose. I wish i could learn acroyoga as well in Bali. Setiap orang memiliki arti atau makna sendiri tentang makna Merdeka atau Kemerdekaan yang kita tidak bisa memaksa mereka untuk sesuai dengan arti, makna dengan kita. Sepertihalnya ogut, memaknakan kata #Merdeka atau #Kemerdekaan dari sisi stigma #merajut atau #perajut yang puluhan tahun sudah terdoktrin bahwa seorang perajut adalah wanita, dan merajut itu adalah pekerjaan Perempuan bahkan lebih identik pekerjaan atau hobi nenek-nenek. Padahal jika kita mau sedikit meluangkan waktu mencari tahu sejarah tentang rajut merajut ini, pasti akan kaget bahwa pada dasarnya perajut dan merajut awalnya merupakan pekerjaan laki-laki. Mungkin dengan cara ini, ogut sedikitnya memberikan sedikit bukti bahwa masih ada loh anak muda, laki-laki pula yang mau belajar merajut dan tidak malu memamerkan kegiatan rajut merajutnya di depan umum. . . .
