If they ever bring Tarble back to Dragon Ball and give him an official voice actor for the English dub, who would you want to voice him?

I’d kinda like for Mini Vegeta’s voice actor Paul Castro Jr. to return and voice the little brother of the Saiyan prince. That or maybe have Justin Briner come back, he voice Kid Vegeta in some episodes and video games, so it be a fun callback or something. I also think Todd Haberkorn would also be a good fit for Tarble.

Another art of Tarble (manga version) while I yap about him a bit.

So Tarble, I think most people forget he exists and for good reason. He's pretty forgettable in his special and he doesn't have that much staying power with what we got. But unironically, he is my favorite DBZ character based on concept alone.

The concept that Vegeta has a brother is just a little whatever to me, but the added detail that this brother is the complete opposite to him is where the idea gets its merit. Tarble is a pacifist saiyan. The only other saiyans like that are the sons family. Which makes him such an enigma because he's from VEGETA'S family. Like how does that even happen. Of course, that's not to say the idea doesn't have some problems. Because while the initial shock that he's docile and kind compared to how Vegeta is a great twist. It loses its wow factor pretty quickly because nothing is done with it. And I blame that more on the fact Tarble is a late addition that couldn't be explored like his brother. This is why I've been trying to reimagine him for my own AU. Because I think more can be done with him than him just being the "nice one" in his pretty messed up family.

Anyways, let's talk design, Manga Tarble clears the anime it's not a contest. His manga design actually says he's Vegeta brother. And while a lot of people think that's a huge downside and that they look too similar. They really don't share many similarities besides small resemblace because...well their brothers. In fact, the biggest change being Tarbles' hair is what sets them apart and helps his design tremendously. Vegeta and his fathers hair points straight up. It doesn't matter the angle his hair will always point up. But Tarble's hair in the Manga points to the side, specifically the left, perpetually. Meaning at different angles, his hair will not do the mickey mouse thing of never changing. And will look different depending on the shot. This, along with other things like Tarble having bigger eyes, a more youthful appearance given he's a younger adult, etc. They help distinguish him from Vegeta but also keep his genes showing. Here's an image to demonstrate what I mean. Traced from some Vegeta official art and the manga but only to show as an example.

Anyways, that's about all my yap for today. If I keep going, this will never end. I just love Tarble and want to talk about him

A little project I've been working on with friends. I'll be writing a what if story, my first ever fanfiction, about Tarble. And for each part I decided to do a little mock up manga cover even though it's not going to be a Manga (I'm not that skillful.) Ignore it saying part two, I'm a chud and drew this one first before the other one.
