Vigilate bf x Conspiracy Theory bf
Bernard naturally takes note of anything unusual posted to the Gotham vigilante forums. Like Red Robin having a sneezing fit. So he watches the video over, and over, and it seems familiar….
When RR and Bernard are working together (on the case where they met), RR has an allergic reaction to his new cologne. So does Tim.
Bernard suspects that Tim is RR so he goes about testing it. Being a Certified Freak, he compares their noses because it’s the only facial feature not covered. This includes their sneezes.
Bernard orchestrates scenarios to get Tim/RR to sneeze, in order to test this.
Bernard knows that Tim is RR but he doesn’t say anything. Tim will tell him when he’s ready. But he can fuck with him in the meantime hehe.
Tim, already having an allergic reaction in front of Bernard in one of his personas, tries to hide the same allergic reaction in the other. Bernard is amused.
Someone on the conspiracy forums mentions they saw RR last night and he looked rough. Tim has been through the wringer- his usual sleep deprivation eye bags are somehow bigger, he can’t stop sneezing, and he keeps mumbling about contingencies and Superboy.
In a fevered state, Tim carelessly strips his costume off and tosses everything to the floor before passing out in their bed. Bernard brings him homemade chicken noddle soup (he’s a chef) and finds quite a surprise.
