It was late and so dark outside. You tried sleeping but somehow you couldn't shake off the feeling of being watched. You tossed and turned until the feeling went away.

Just when you were about to doze off you took one last look just in case. As you opened your eyes, before you kneeled a big dark creature.

You would be scared if you haven't met him before. It did made you gasp a little tho.

He stared at you, still quiet. As always.

"Ah..its just you. Whats up?" You tried to understand why hes here.

He did watch you sometimes. You've seen a glowing green pair of eyes looking at you from the window before disappearing. He never came this close, or maybe you wasn't aware..

"I,,I just wanted to see you" he tried to speak to you in a way that won't disturb you.

"Another nightmare?"

"I only have those.."

"Well, you can stay if it makes you feel better. Maybe if you try sleeping in a bed and not in the alley?" You pet the spot next to you

"You would let me? Aren't you afraid?"

"Am i suppose to be?"

"No!..no.."

He hesitantly layed down next to you.

"I want it to stop."

He seems like hes gonna have another break down

"Shh its okay, im here with ya"

His green eyes stared, burning into yours. He looked sad. It made your heart hurt

He reached his hand towards you, you accepted it. You gave it a few strokes, trying to comfort him.

Slowly he crawled his way into your hold. His head was buried in your chest. It made you feel happy he trusted you this much

"Is there anything i can do to help?"

"Just hold me..please"

And you did. You caressed his back. Even give his head a few pets. He hugged you and snuggled closer. Finding comfort in your presents. He closed his eyes and you went back to drift off.

In the morning you woke up to something hugging your leg. You opened your eyes, it was his cloak. You still felt his hold. Most of it were covering you, kind of like a blanket, it was so long it hanged off the bed.

You thought he'd be gone for the morning. But there he was, expect this time you were in his hold. He was awake, staring at you.

"You awake?"

You nodded, too tired to answer.

"...thank you, the night wasn't so cold this time, you warmed it up"

You smiled at him. You wanted to thank him for trusting you but felt too exhausted.

"Mmm of course"

He stroked your back. It made you even sleepier.

"I'll have to go, but i'll return to you"

You watched him get up and go to the window. He took one last look back before disappearing.

You're more than happy to hear he'll be back.

Something about you draws him to ya. Maybe your understanding and kind nature.

He was usually quiet, just watched you from the shadows.

Other times he showed himself closer, reaching his hand out to you, trying to comfort you, tell you hes not gonna hurt you

He follows you often. Just observing

When he sees someone try to hurt you, dare even look weird in your way. They can only hope he wont tear em up like paper.

He wants to protect you. Dont ask why, he wont answer.

His cape will hug your legs. Or your whole body. Oh how upset he'll be if it scares you. Not at you. At himself

His green eyes can give off many emotions. Tho you only notice the angry and sadness in his eyes.

He wants to stay around you. He usually has nightmares but those rare times he dreams about you. How comforting

He'll most likely ignore your presents when you meet him.

Then he gets enough and turns to you. His dark figure covering over you.

Happy to finally get his attention you ask for his name.

Slowly he gives in explaining his story and all.

For some reason, your voice calms him. Gives him a comforting feeling. Its like talking to a friend.

He leaves with a 'what a naive hero'. But soon gains an obsession

You find him more often. He wants to listen to you more.

He hopes to go along with your missions. Why? Oh your a naive hero, you'll hurt yourself all alone. But hes here now, he'll protect you.

He doesnt listen if you disagree. Hes been here for long enough to know. He ofc wont tell the real reason hes going along.

He could stand behind you, looking all threatening, with his cape wrapped around your leg.

He might have some flashbacks and start breaking down, like from seeing fire. Big fire. You'll try to pet his back, saying comforting words. He would've snapped at anyone else but, your voice brings him back. He'll slowly stand up and ask to collect himself.

"You're a great company" is the first nicest thing you'll hear from him

Can you please do platonic head canons for Spawn and g/n reader who is a child of Violator (like literally) but Al is surprisingly chill with them

No idea who this man knocked up but here you are. A hellborn if you please

Whatever he named you must has to do something with violence.

You do your job and you do it right. Just like he thought you. Your looks give off killer clown look.

You can turn into your true form at any given time and even just a tiny bunny.

Al expected you to be as nerving as violator. But you're not as bad as he thought.

You dont try to drive him to violence or threaten him with your true form.

You could rant about anything and he'd just quietly listen. You're not even sure if hes listening at all but he sure does stare.

You are somewhat kind. "Hey ur face isnt all that bad, i mean look at deadpool! The guys fucked up but hes cool, ya know?" Somewhat.

You play with his cape. It might wrap around you and start carrying ya around.

He usually likes peace and quiet and your not as noise as others. Like for example, hes laying on the floor, seemingly thinking. You come up to him and tilt your head at him. He barely looks up at you. So you sit next to him. "What we thinking about?" "Just me..its Wanda" "Ah."

You dont bother him about..that. Hes thankful for it

He'll get many jokes from you. They can go from a lil joke to a real fucked up one.

You'll show up at random times. "Still thinking?" "...." "Yeah i knew it. Instead of thinking why don'cha speak ur mind? Get some stress of ey?"

You can work as a therapist for him. He tells what hes feeling and how he cant escape it and you listen.

"Hmmm have you tried getting actual professional help?" "Like this?" "Oh yeah, i forgot about that" you put away the paper you were writin on. "What did you write about me?" You smirk and show him. Its actually a lil sketch of him. "Have it pal, let it remind you how cool your cape looks!" He takes the drawing and stares at it. When he looks back up he notices that you disappeared, he makes sure to keep it.

"Mmm not a bad artist at all..."

The violator just laughes at all of this. As long as you go with the program he doesnt care what you do.
