hello i’m back with my OC boygroup genius magic! but it’s an alternative reality where some things are different.
first of all, you probably noticed the guy in a lilac suit. that’s Makoto, a former child actor who was supposed to debut with genius magic, but due to some unfortunate circumstances (like Rin and Jun being absolute binches to him), he decided to resign (he became a celebrity later on because come on, with these looks, he was bound to).
so let’s explore this AU where he never gets bullied out kicked out to leave the group:
Makoto💜, as the only introvert, becomes the voice of reason. with his mellow, empathic personality, he’s able to soothe most conflicts occuring between the members.
Kousen💙, while still being the leader, depends on Makoto💜 a lot. the two become best friends (ENFJ & INFJ). Makoto’s soothing influence helps Kousen manage his stress much better (he suffered anger issues)
Jun💖 and Rin💛 never go through the bickering phase and bond right away.
Max💚 tags along Kousen💙 and Makoto💜 most of the time; the three are able to talk Jun💖 and Rin💛 out of any of their devious antics.
some visual changes: Kousen keeps his hair short, Rin uses blue contact lenses instead of lilac (since Makoto took the lilac spot of the group), Jun stays in healthy weight range and is more confident in his looks in general (hence bright red hair).
overall, genius magic survive past their first contract and have a much longer run than in the regular reality.
this is just a couple differences, and there are actually many more, but I can’t tell you everything to not spoil the actual story, hehe.
