he’d laid out several different colors of hair dye-- blue, green, red, and purple. he would have gotten more, but he figured starting out with these would be fine. especially since he wasn’t sure which color he wanted to begin with-- and since he got good ol’ rgb, and then some, meg could work her magic and then use the leftovers. “ okay- so. you pick. i really don’t care what you do. ”

It’s unfortunate to be accustomed to pain. He sits there, gritting his teeth with his hands clenching hers as though it were a lifeline. Maybe it’s because to him, she was. Ryan doesn’t whimper, he doesn’t moan or cry out; nothing but a hiss leaves his lips as he fights back showing signs of any weakness. Despite the desire to give in & succumb to it, he continues to hold her. 

“Don’t worry,” He says hoarsely. Talking made things worse but he didn’t care; he hated seeing Meg cry. Ryan smiles, showing bloodied teeth & worsening his split lip. “This isn’t the worst we’ve dealt with.”

     Jon gave a soft sigh, sadness painted across his expression. “It does matter, you have a split lip and a giant shiner.” He replied, arms crossing over his chest. Jon had originally planned on going out with Meg for a drink night, just some time between friends. But, this wasn’t something he could really ignore. He turned around in his doorway, inviting the woman into his small apartment. After a bit of hunting, he pulled down a frankly ridiculously stocked first aid kit. “C’mere, I can at least put a suture strip on your lip.”

“yeah, turney?” his tone was teasing, a grin lighting up his face, making his eyes crinkle at the corners. there was no way. “let’s put money on it, then.”

a day didn’t go by where gavin didn’t make some silly bet. but he was fairly certain there was no way meg could pull this off.
