Today was TRADITIONS!!! Aka my first official day as a Walt Disney World cast member. It was so so much fun. I had a blast learning more about the company, going backstage, seeing and learning the four keys and exposing myself to even more magic here at Walt Disney World. I feel so honored and so humbled to be able to live out my dream and to be able to create happiness and magic for all our guests. I just feel so incredibly blessed to be a part of something so wonderful as the Walt Disney World Company. After 6 hours of traditions my brain was jam packed with new information and I was even more excited to get started and go to work. After traditions, my roomies and I came home, took a nap and then went out and did some resort hopping. We went sight seeing at the Polynesian, Grand Floridan and Contemporary. My employee discount had kicked in so of COURSE I had to go completely off the rails. I never pin traded because I always saw it as such an expensive habit but I feel since now that I'm a cast member I have to do some pin collecting and trading now. It only seems right. My roomies and I got dole whip, had a late dinner at one of the resorts and even caught some of wishes on the back patio of the contemporary. It was a super beautiful and magical experience and everyday I am here I just fall more and more in love and I remain so thankful to be a part of all this magic.
