Hux disembarked from his command shuttle, brisk strides carrying him across the hangar. The thin slice of sky overhead disappeared as the hatch sealed over the base. As a training facility for the fledgling First Order, secrecy was critical. His attention, however, focused on the officers gathered to greet him.
“TK-203, report. I trust that the new recruits’ training is proceeding on schedule.” Hux wore the same sharp, demanding expression as always, but he tempered his expectations. In his original time, the First Order’s stormtroopers had been trained since childhood, like TK-203 herself. Now they had to settle for whatever recruits they could get their hands on. He awaited her report with his lips pursed.
