Can someone please for the love of god explain to me why Tumblr has such a huge deal with Dream Daddy cause as far as I can see everyone was supportive and so happy for it up until it had been out a couple of weeks and I literally cannot understand why.
Literally, the Joseph cult ending isn’t canon unless confirmed in some way shape or form by the creators, or the game itself. I’m sick of seeing people shit on this game because of a post they saw on tumblr that could have EASILY BEEN FAKED. This game is honestly the only good LGBT media I’ve seen recently besides l/o/k. When somebody somehow unlocks the cult ending then y'know maybe I’ll care
90% of the Dream Daddy discourse is from people who already decided they didn't like it and then wanted to flex their debate skills and seem enlightened and get reblogs for performative discourse wooo!!!!!!!

I'm gonna say one thing about the cult ending though: if it ends up that the cultist "wins" and actually ruins all the gay relationships in-game at some point it will be ABSOLUTELY homophobic but sometimes... conflict is just conflict and calling things homophobic that aren't homophobic is silly

Idk man Joes.ph in DDADDS gave me the creeps since the first image was released. I don't like how more and more people are latching onto him when there's other awesome characters to fan over. Also they gave him dead eyes, man, they pierce right through you. Same with his kids... especially the twins... ughh Gave me a horror movie vibe long before the scrapped cult ending. Please fandom...
