Day 29: Only missed one day. Not too bad. Figured should celebrate finally finding a book to read. Getting close to half way through ‘The Goblin Emperor’ by Katherine Addison after seeing some fan art of it and I wanted to draw Oshet right away.

spent the whole evening baking birthday cakes. one was vegan. two weren’t. two were chocolate. one was cheese. I am not particularly satisfied with any of them. WE’LL SEE TOMORROW (although PhD students are like locusts, they just eat everything remotely edible in their path)
and with this we conclude February 2016! I’ll make a summary post and small outro tomorrow.

another nice evening with friends, with food and video games (and Indian movies without subtitles, couldn’t follow that part).
now if only I didn’t majorly suck at Hitman and didn’t manage to alert every single guard in a 1km radius it would have been better...
Day 28: More nameless owl man. Trying to draw without thinking too much. Hence the markers and pen so I can’t erase.

I love going to the Mongolian BBQ place, I always overdose on shrimps
(it was a nice conclusion to an overall crappy friday, I broke some expensive glassware, there was a flood in the basement floor and the fire alarm wouldn’t stop beeping)
Day 27:....More Amalj’aa. In my head the little bag around his neck has dried petals and a braided bit of Selah’s hair in it to protect him.
Day 26: This is what happens when you play FFXIV until 4am. You start noticing that the Amalj’aa of the Brotherhood of Ash sorta remind you of the Xaela. Then you start to wonder what if your own character hadn’t ended up running a clinic in the Brume and instead settled down among them. Is this what they call a crack ship? Whoops. Also last few were taken with my phone because...standing is hard.
