I honestly don’t know how much I can genuinely add here. I appreciated the character building immensely, although I never truly got to meet Natsuki and I’m still puzzled by the apparent control Yuri had over some fourth-wall elements in act 2.
Sayori still deserves better.
Monika...fucked me up. The sort of person who could make those choices is a monster in human skin, regardless of her later apologies and attempts to make things right. Maybe it’s understandable that she’s a monster, I guess, but that’s what she will always be to me.
She just wanted a cupcake before they were gone, after all.
