Uh... I once sat up in the middle of the night and punched my husband in the face. No recollection of it. So maybe sleep punches?

Do you have any mild allergies? That can happen if you do. I used to wake up with my lip and/or fingers swollen and I was like wtf, asked a doctor & apparently it's allergies although I thought I had no such thing and it only happened a few times...

explodinggirl​ first of all...is it bad that i laughed bc omg. but no i don’t think so, i was not very deep asleep when it happened, i can sense that i’m lying face-up and i can sort of hear the noises outside my room. if i punched myself i think i’d know. however....my parents said sometimes i bite my teeth in my sleep....could do have anything to do with the swelling?

ddnmedtdb i do! and it crossed my mind how it could be a thing. after all, i used to have a bad allergic reaction where the....tissue? i guess? under my eyes are swollen. i used to have asthma reaction but not anymore, so now my allergies were pretty mild, and usually my allergy reaction are merely an itchy throat, stuffed nose and itchy eyes.... i had allergic reaction to pollen and had my window open at night (bc it’s hot af).....could that be it omg. it literally never happened before.
