I've been drawing some survivor girlies with perks me or my friends like to use, and eventually decided I'd wanna draw one perk for every letter of the alphabet (that exists). Very ambitious, let's see how far I get :) here's A-D!

It's genuinely amazing that all these years later, Dead Hard-- a perk so conceptually busted that the fact it made it out of design is a disgrace and that it made it to live service an abomination, only made worse by people misusing it for an extra full health state-- is still in the game. I struggle to think of any other game with such a broken perk that the community either runs themselves or rightly calls an exploit that the devs haven't addressed.
I love adding Teachable Perks to lore because it can just be so hilarious
Like, once upon a time, everyone used Dead Hard. Everyone was going up to David and like 'hey can you teach me how to use Dead Hard', and David was like 'sure why not'
Then after a while, literally everyone stopped using Dead Hard
I don’t understand new Dead Hard. At my MMR, I rarely see it but sometimes I have a few Survivors with it. I never expect it so I fall for it the first time they use it usually. I had a Yun-Jin yesterday that I was chasing. She Dead Hard’d into my chest and I downed her. I didn’t even know she had it so I didn’t swing when she ran into me - I thought she was trying to make it harder for me to hit her with knives by running into me. So she Dead Hard’d and then I hit her and she went down. The animation had ended when I downed her. I chased her again later and she used Dead Hard again so I was like “I’ll let her use it :3″ so I swung at her. She was in the middle of the animation when she went down. I was so confused by that because I had a Meg earlier who did the same thing but her Dead Hard worked. I swear the timing was the same so why did Meg’s work but Yun-Jin’s didn’t?
Exhaustion Perks
I feel a lot more confident when I use them. The neat thing about them is that you can use them to help your teammates. I see people Dead Hard to get a flashlight save pretty often. I have used Dead Hard and Lithe to make it to teammates before they died on the hook. I didn’t have it to use later but I was content saving my teammates xD I don’t use them all the time as I think they make me over confident at times. After I fully Prestiged Quentin, I didn’t have any Exhaustion Perks for a loooong time so I got used to not running them on him. I finally got Dead Hard but I think it made me play more reckless so I took it off. There’s also the fact that I PRESS IT AND NOTHING HAPPENS >> I hate when I chase people and they get away with stuff because of Dead Hard. Like I chased them for so long and now I can finally get them-- NOPE. However, I find it hard to completely hate it because I do play Survivor and it’s saved my ass xD;
I hate to admit it, but I like Dead Hard now 8,u I used to hate it and Sprint Burst but after using them because that’s all I had - I really started to like them xD; I know everyone uses Dead Hard but I really do like it now. I used to use it stupidly, but I’m learning how to use it better. There’s times where I press it (or scroll up) and it just doesn’t work. I’m not exhausted, I can use it, I press it, and nothing. I guess the game could be saying I got hit before I used it but I feel like I use it on time xD I mean it works out sometimes. Killer doesn’t think I have it and then I use it later and I get away or prolong the chase.
Dear Diary,
On Dead by Daylight, I bet the other players, Survivors and the Killer, think I’m a dumbass. Mostly because I’ll run into a chaotic situation and take a Protection hit to save a survivor, even if it means I get knocked. I plan Protection hits, or finishing a generator right after a killer injures me, or unhook survivors with Borrowed Time to allow them a mostly safe-escape, or loop around objects. Sometimes I get stuck on things or cut a corner too close, I’ll admit I’m a dumbass. But I enjoy sacrificing myself for the Survivors, it gives them a chance to live, or fight to the bloody death. It’s fun. I have the right passive-aggressive Perks. Killers can scare the holy hell out of me and make my heart skip 4 beats. Sometimes I can make friends with the killers by outrunning a chase, getting stuck in a corner because I thought it had an escape, or when someone DC’s. It’s honestly one of my favorite games for all the Perks to change up a small gameplay strategy. I love that it’s crossplay, I couldn’t imagine how long the ques were because it’s already at least 10 minutes. But the tiredness that accumulates quickly vanishes and a newfound energy to game takes over. Call me a dumbass for taking hits, but it’s fun as hell.
Dead By Daylight
Dead Hard can be quite useful sometimes
