What you did like about the movie:
Good concept
The effects were good, it was a pretty movie
Showed the reality of the characters behind the videos
What you didn’t like about the movie:
The AOL technology was redundant and didn’t need to be there, just make it a ghost
They didn’t give us enough information on the child ghost to make his scary
Nothing much happened
All set up, no substance
Some of the characters were hard to distinguish from each other
Could have been executed far better

Nic: “It’s a good concept for a movie, influencers being haunted but it is lacking in good character or story. I am confused by this movie and angry at the lack of creative use of the medium. I can’t tell half the girls apart. It had some good scenes but I would not recommend.”

Deadcon is one of those horrors where I hate all the characters and hope they die. Its also dead boring, could have been a fun idea if they had made it more black comedy but alas it lacks scares or interest

Movie Review: Deadcon (Netflix)
Good Morning,
What better way to start the week than with a movie review?
This weekend I saw Deadcon on Netflix.
The concept seemed pretty original, but ultimately it fell a bit flat and lacked depth.
Still, I did find the movie entertaining and watchable. Definitely worth a try if you like horror!

Shorthand Review - Deadcon (2019)
There was actually a couple of moments in Deadcon where I thought that maybe there could have been a good movie in here, but by the end? God no.
Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible.
