Do they sleep in the same room? Like all the other kids, Atsushi is afraid of the dark. So when there's a blackout, Atsushi goes to Dazai's room (if they're not in the same room)/moves closer to Dazai for cuddles (if in the same room).
(This is really cute! I imagine that Atsushi sticks to Dazai like glue anyway but during a blackout he’d probably be even more clingy than normal
They share a room since the ADA dorms aren’t exactly that big and Dazai tries his best to keep it clean [emphasis on tries haha] but Atsushi’s use to whatever state the room is in.)
