Weightlifting 3 - 5 Sets x 1 + 1 Reps of Snatch Grip Push Press + Overhead Squat Build as heavy as possible, then start sets 35 - 45 - 55 - 65 - 75 - 85 - 95 - 105 - 105 - 105 - 105 - 105# with 3 minute Rest Note: right into overhead squat Note: press was easy, balance was tough standing up (leaned forward too much)
5 Sets x 5 Reps of Deadlifts - build heavy and try not to bounce 105 - 115 - 125 - 135 - 145 - 145 - 145 - 145# with 3 minute Rest
