DC is better than Marvel basically in everyway especially when it comes to diversity. Suicide Squad was more diverse than every movie Marvel has done. Black Panther is gonna be the most diverse movie, but that's just black people. Like you said, Where's the Asians and the Latinos and queer characters. At some point Marvel will release Captain Marvel and I'm a "better late than never" but it'll always be overshadowed by Wonder Woman regardless of how good it is.

I really don’t wanna get into the whole marvel vs dc thing cause I really love them both and hate them both when they both (inevitably) fuck up.

DC has certainly done great things in the casting department and they showed they’re not afraid of making bold choices. (It’s ridiculous that we even consider “bold” hiring actors that aren’t white.) I hope they keep following that, and we won’t have shitty surprises when it comes to the casting of characters like dick and damy, for example (like, I really hope they’ll hire people with the right heritage for those roles).

Honestly I prefer to think in different terms: wonder woman has done an amazing thing for all women in the genre. I really hope that will mean that more women-lead movies will come from all sides, if only cause no one wants to stay behind and they all want to make some money and they saw that the market is starving for those things (how they didn’t notice before is beyond me). That’s how it works after all, and I really don’t care why they do it, as long as they make those movies.

Let’s also not forget that dc announced that they were going to do a birds of prey movie way before ww became that successful. So, definitely point for them.

Can you believe that power rangers surpassed them both in ONE movie tho? It’d be hilarious if it wasn’t sad af.

@deadletterpoets the thing is my biggest problem with Saw III was that they chose the grieving parents of a dead child to play the game. I probably would've enjoyed it otherwise. I just want to know if the story gets better or worse

Aesthetic: I’m going off a 3x3 box with pictures: water (e.g. river), a piano (zooming in on the keys), microphone (either on the stage or on a mic stand), victorian house (an angled view with the balcony being the focus), pencil etches onto a piece of paper (preferably a heart), micro toy dogs (a white/ golden pompom or white maltese - maybe both), a picture of someone touching their own lips with rings on their fingers and long nails painted a light blue (I got carried away), dangling earrings (fall halfway down to the chin), over-the-knee high socks with cute boots (worn on legs of course).
