Simone Biles is the greatest 🇺🇲American gymnast in history. These last 48 hours have shown an ugly pettiness and small-minded hubris from many. Many people who have achieved far, far less that Queen Biles. I cannot believe all the HATE because she didn't want to risk paralysis or death. She has triumphed over and endured more than most athletes and reigns supreme. The molestation. The beyrayl and attempts to cover it up. The constant barrage of white Western standards judging her looks, words, hair, etc. I'm sure she is certainly clear on who is riding her back in hopes to monetize her life's work. How noble to step aside for the betterment of your Teammates. I'm glad she understands her mind & body well enough to protect herself. Simone truly is a true American Hero.
