The first step can be the hardest. Starting a fitness journey can be more than a little bit intimidating and not knowing where to start doesn't help! Whether you begin by addressing your diet, working out 3 times a week, or both, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter where you begin, as long as you begin. Remember, every single one of us had to start somewhere. While fear is understandable, it is not useful! Find a workout that suits you and work at it until you absolutely own it! There is nothing more exciting that setting a goal and reaching it. There is nothing you can't achieve when you set your mind to it. The only way you can fail is by not trying at all! Nothing is going to change overnight, nothing dramatic is going to change in 4 weeks. The thing that works time and time again is what we preach - Consistent training and fuelling your body with good food. You don’t have to starve yourself or train for hours and hours. You just have to move everyday and eat the right foods. Whatever your goal you have to start from the beginning and just keep focused. It’s not easy but your body will change, believe in the process. I used 10kg dumbbells throughout and 20lbs aside on my bar .. Sweated buckets and it felt like old times doing HIIT in my local gym when everyone else lifts 😂How you do that everyday Sean I don’t know. 11pm just finished a day of filming so I just crammed in a quick arm circuit as I couldn't train before dinner.
