Today's task for #jcfapril is to share something relating to #TrueBlood. I have never seen this show, and don't have much interest in watching it, but I do own the book series it is based on! 😄❤ . . . . That series is the Sookie Stackhouse or Southern Vampire series by Charlaine Harris! It's shown here via two new pictures of book one, Dead Until Dark, with my Max! 😍❤ . . . . I believe this series is COMPLETE, and has been for a few years, but I've only read maybe the first seven or eight books, I think. I know I never finished it. I do think I own all of them, though! And this series has been on my Six Series I Own But Have Been Neglecting and Want to Read in 2019 "list" since December of *2017*! 😄❤ . . . . And yes, if you noticed, I DID read Dead Until Dark on March 31, 2018, but I'm still not planning to reread the first books and continue on in this series until 2019. Instead, I'm now embroiled in the Iron Druid Chronicles by Kevin Hearne! (I read 100 pages in book four yesterday!) 😄❤ . . . . Lastly, you get two pictures of book one with book one and my Max because I couldn't decide which was the better one to share. (And you only get book one because it's too much work getting the rest out of my main bookshelf system.
