06 The Vampire

After a bit of revamping the posts/theme, @deadwalkcomic is good to go again. I’ve had this for... years now, just a little side project I started when I wanted to see if I could focus on writing > art style, (like, everything you see there is pure lasso tool lmao). I left it for so long because I had way too many other tihngs going on but the intent was always to come back to it, and maybe even redraw the whole thing when I eventually finished it.
Since Smackjeeves, the site I had it hosted on originally, underwent some changes, I’ve moved it all over here for now as the main viewing medium and put together an archive page for when each story part begins, so hopefully that should be easy enough to navigate.
Welcome to Deadwalk where Night often rules over Day and the rules of the streets often take precedence over the law of the land.
The Ardley Brothers, Neil and Eric find themselves faced with a sudden loss in the family. Their elder brother Tom, head of the family-owned private investigation agency, is found murdered on the outskirts of the gated community, Smalltown, that houses the majority of the city’s nightwalkers, including witches, vampires, werewolves and those others who prefer to stick to the shadows.
Neil and Eric, suspicious that their brother’s death may have had something to do with the case he was still investigating, pick up the trail but soon find themselves in over their heads.
