Ahhh yes, the "are you really deaf and that was just good timing, or do you actually hear some things and just have an excellent knack for selective hearing" game just got interesting.
Quinn and I are chilling upstairs in bed. Suddenly there us a loud crash as my partner closes the dishwasher quite suddenly and loudly. I wasnt startled and I didn’t flinch or react, but Quinn sat up, ears forward and then ran downstairs to check on him. One day i will have him tested because I'm sure he's not completely deaf.
