Here's the SFM versions of the core characters in the When Paths Cross fanfiction. It's a modern TF2 story that centers around Fleur's (Deaf Spy) entrance into Mann Co. and how he gets to know his team and fight bigger threats with their aid. The beginning chapters are a bit rough, but I'm improving as it goes and I hope you hop along for the journey! I'm also planning to release backstory fics for some of the characters eventually.
