Well here's the results of some SFM and advanced editing practice. I'm overall really happy with how these turned out.
Also for context, Dylan is colorblind
Belle was hanging up flyers and sign up sheets for the book club that her and Anita were doing at the library when a gust of wind blew them out of her hands and scattered them like autumn leaves falling to the grass, when the season changed, “No no!” she said running after them probably looking like a particularly funny girl. “I just printed those with the last bit of ink I had…”
“Seems like we have a funny way of meeting each other Miss. Belle.” James said as he got hold of some of those papers. “No more ink? That won’t do. Shall I make a donation so you can print some more?”
“Always something getting in the way of us meeting” she said slightly embarrassed “Um I’m more than capable of ordering more, but thank you for that kind gesture.”
“I wouldn’t say so, it seems like we do bump into each other in a nice time.” Well, this was a little unfortunate for her, but as she said so herself she could manage to order some extra sheets. “Need someone to help you hold these. It might be easier if I hand them to you. They won’t manage to escape.” He snickered.
“What like when people would carry someone they liked books to class?” she said before laughing “teasing I wouldn’t mind letting you hold a few, as long, just as long as you don’t drop them.”
“Wouldn’t know, I was homeschooled.” Then again it was an orphanage and not a home. “I’m one that enjoys literature if they drop it will certainly not be with ill intent. And I’m not that clumsy either.”
“Right, I don’t know how I can keep forgetting that fact about you” she said shaking her head and trying to commit to memory now “I won’t forget now I promise.” she said before saying about his remark about being not that clumsy “hmm well since you were so kind before as to help and keep them safe then I suppose I should let you carry some of them.”
“It’s fine. I honestly don’t mind.” It wasn’t that uncommon in the orphanage, but he could see that people who did get to enjoy college would find it a foreign concept that some people never got to study. “I feel too old and busy to commit to an education.” A part of him did want to have that diploma hanging behind him, but on the other hand he got to a well of place without it. “Alright, lead the way, my lady.”
She was nervous. Emma Swan was never nervous. She was the Mayor of Storybrooke and she as not to show emotion. Her back straightened immediately but her heart sunk in her feet.
Her son was missing.
Henry was gone since this morning and all of the Sheriff's attempts were fruitless. And now she was sitting in her study, stoic face and pose waiting for something. She felt insecure and powerless. Two things that she hated.
Knock. Knock.
"Do you expect someone?"
Graham's voice pulled her out of her thoughts. She glared him. "My son." She hissed and rolled eyes at his question.
Standing up she pulled her dress down and walked to the door to open it. In the distance she saw Henry and her whole world came to pieces again. She hurried to get to his side and hugging him, calling out his name.
