A new doctor in town. A nurse on the verge of burnout. The very real threat of HR getting involved.  This art began its life with a late-night, post-work ER binge (microdosing medical shows=self care) and when I submitted it for the 2025 DCRB I never expected this entire fic. 

@salamitsunami1 took the art and absolutely ran with it!

This fic nails working in healthcare: how hard it is to keep showing up when you’re running on empty and that thin line between coping and not. And it's Dean/Cas. What more could you want?
