“You’re even prettier like this.” Sam splayed his hand over his brother’s belly, slight swell proof of the thing growing inside, possibly because they had annoyed the wrong kind of creature.
“I’m still a dude.” Dean complained, silenced by Sam’s voice.
“Of course. And you’re practically glowing from the inside.” Sam’s other hand slid to the back of Dean’s head to pull him in for a long kiss, softest pressure against growing belly.
Sam whispered into Dean’s mouth, breathless, noticing the goosebumps and the heat spreading from his face.
“If you weren’t already, I’d knock you up again, right now.”

THABK YOU I have been dying to share. This is long so
-I have talked abt this before but to me and in my brain Dean is very dysphoric about it, HOWEVER. Once he gets used to it and sees that he isn't the only guy to Get Pregnant it dies down pretty fast. Then the issue he has with it is that it actually freaks him out that there is a growing person in his body. Sometimes he stands in a mirror and looks at his belly and it throws him into a weird spiral because there is a PERSON in there !!!
-When Sam finds out, he starts to treat Dean a lot more gently and it actually kind of pisses him off, because he's not made of glass he's just a guy with a kid in his belly thank you very much! However when his hormones really start to kick into overdrive and Sam tries to back off a bit he is immediately upset about it and throws a fit that is resolved when Sam gives in to his grumpy behavior and starts fawning over him again. Btw it's important to me that one time Sam tries teasing him like they often do and Dean angry cries.
-Dean gets the worst morning sickness ever and he gets an aversion to red meat, which of course horrifies him. He orders a burger one day and the second it's in front of him he feels sick and Sam ends up having to switch their food. Idk why I have this thought but I like the idea of him getting a craving for like. A burger without the meat. Literally just the bread, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, pickles and mayo. He also develops an aversion to onions. Btw Sam is SO good with Dean's cravings and if he ever sees R
-Its so important to me that Dean actually reads up a lot on pregnancy and what you should and shouldn't do, but Sam thinks he doesn't. So Sam reads up on all that himself and tries to micromanage Dean (with good intentions) but every time he tries to tell him about something he should or shouldn't do, Dean is like. Um. Duh?
-he makes that baby listen to led zeppelin in the womb. Sam makes him put on classical music, which Dean doesn't actually mind, but as soon as Sam leaves he changes it to be a little shit and because he's gonna have the coolest baby ever. He tries not to think about what it would be like to have Mary around, telling him the ins and outs of having a baby.
-Dean likes using the pregnant excuse a lot, even before he starts showing. Sam just rolls his eyes and does what he asks
-sam LOVES giving dean back rubs, shoulder rubs, etc etc he loves it soo much and of course so does dean. There comes a point where he doesn't even have to ask for them, Sam sees him roll his shoulders back and he is there at his side
-Sam loves feeling the baby kick, and Dean pretends that bothers him but he likes that Sam wants to be around him so much. He likes knowing that he isn't alone, and that there will be someone else to help him so he doesn't screw up his kid
“Will we break the cycle?” Dean asked one evening, mood unusually melancholic.
They were spending the night in the Dean cave: Sam's head in Dean's lap, Sam's ear close to the bump stretching his brother's shirt, Dean's hand carding through Sam's hair.
“Hm?”
“The hunting, the life. I don't want them to be like … like us.”
“They won't be. We're retired. Jack will make sure they're safe.”
Sam turned his head and placed a kiss on top of Dean's belly.
“I can feel them.” He glanced up at his brother with his most loving glance. “They will be fine.”
