Dear someone I care about, I’m really sorry I’m being so selfish. I’ve been so concentrated on me and how I feel. Instead of being there for you, I’ve been wallowing in self pity. I’m sorry. I truly am. But at the same time, I think we’ve been feeling the same recently. And I haven’t been in a position where I could be positive enough or be effectively supportive.
