Tuesday Root Mantras. Our Root chakra is the energy center of our sense of safety and security. It makes us feel stable and abundant when balanced or it can leave us anxious and in a state of scarcity and lack. Depending on it being blocked or flowing. So when I use the Mantra; I am grounded...I meditate on the truth of that statement in my life...how am I grounded? Where am I grounded? Why? Etc. I am to embrace the full being of groundedness from within and out. The same for the energy of belonging and safety. I am grounded in the fact we are in God's mind where we belong and we are safe. Illusions do not exist by definition. We are all connected as one consciousness experiencing time as individual unique consciousnesses.
