Tuesday Root Mantras. Our Root chakra is the energy center of our sense of safety and security. It makes us feel stable and abundant when balanced or it can leave us anxious and in a state of scarcity and lack. Depending on it being blocked or flowing. So when I use the Mantra; I am grounded...I meditate on the truth of that statement in my life...how am I grounded? Where am I grounded? Why? Etc. I am to embrace the full being of groundedness from within and out. The same for the energy of belonging and safety. I am grounded in the fact we are in God's mind where we belong and we are safe. Illusions do not exist by definition. We are all connected as one consciousness experiencing time as individual unique consciousnesses. Matthew 6:33 "Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need." I love this quote from the Bible as a grounding meditative tool for the Root Chakra. The Root chakra energy resonates with the sense of safety and security through our basic needs; food, sleep, shelter, self-preservation, etc. Through intuition or inner knowing, personal life experience and meditation on Matthew 6:33, I have come to realization that all comes from the God source. We as human beings have all of our basic need provided for free from the source. We work to manage that energy daily through our everyday drama. But at the core; the food we eat wether it's through agriculture or hunting the source can be traced to being produced by nature thus coming from the source of all creativity. The maintenance of our energy system is in harmony with the flow of nature daily. Proof of this is the concept of homestasis that occurs daily within our bodies. Meditation on these thoughts while connecting to Earth; walking barefoot in the grass, has helped me overcome anxiety I have experienced through this lifetime due to the violent conditions we agreed to live under as a collective. It is also my nature to rebel against that which is unnatural, but Matthew 6:33 quote keeps me grounded and puts me in a state of Grace and Belonging that allows me to make healthier wiser decisions daily. Like sharing this. Know who you are and that you are here for a reason beyond the veil.
