New York friends!
People of Queens to be exact. On my returning flight from Europe my friends and I have a few hours (9 to be exact) in Queens before we have to be back at JFK. What should we do? I don't want to stay at the airport the entire time and don't feel like making the 1+ hour trek to Manhattan. What's there to do? Give me some options! Please?

It usually doesn’t bother me. I easily accept other people’s stupidity and ignorance. But if you don’t know me or anything about me don’t try and give me lame ass advise on things I can school you on.
I don’t know why but this guys comment really struck a nerve.
I posted about going to Comic Con next year and he commented saying:
“Make sure you buy tickets when they go on sale they sell out in like an hour. So pay attention.”
Then right after another comment.
“Try going to A-Kon or something that’s here.”
I don’t think you know my life dude. I’ve been to Dallas Con, I’ve worked and been to my fair share of SXSW been in the concert scene since I was 14. I know how to work a crowd and buy tickets on time. I’m not saying San Diego Comic Con won’t be overwhelming but I think I’m a little more prepared than if I simply went to A-Kon (I don’t even like anime. Not that’s there’s anything wrong with anime.)

Man doesn’t text me when he’s in Texas but texts me when he’s in Madrid. Where he’s apparently a real fucking chatty Cathy. His first text: “I am in Madrid, and it is Real.” I kind of hate him for knowing me so well. Ugh.
