Ok, I need some help deciding if I'm going to swap out his eyes.
Which do we like best?
The gold glitter eyes that he arrived wearing.

It's taken me a long time with this boy to find an aesthetic that makes me love him! But finally this is his forever look <3 He was in danger of being sold before I tried this outfit on him! D:
New year, new project!
I'm all about the Helliverse right now. I also managed to score a gorgeous Dearmine "Dune" BJD earlier this year.
Here he is with two different glass glitter eyes (left,) but I ordered a specialty set of black glass eyes (right.)
I *love* how these look on him!!
So I pulled the Tonner brand charcoal grey wool trousers and button up white shirt from a costume set (that I'm desperately trying to rebrand.) I sewed in the suspenders using black grosgrain ribbon, and faked arm garters and a bowtie with red elastic.
I added a set of black batwings from Bast's Garden and some awesome props for a preliminary photo shoot!
Now I just need to make his sleeve covers, properly designed wings and tail, and dig out a top hat. I'm also going to make eyebrows and ear details for his face. He needs visible buttons in a few places, too.
But I'm delighted with all of it so far.
My poor boy.
He keeps flipping his feet "up", which is super weird.
I've been having the worst time getting him to pose. He's got these massive feet but I can't get him to stand right...
...because his feet are on the wrong legs.
I don't know how or when this happened. Did he come from Dearmine like that? Did his previous owner restring him and get confused? There's no excuse for it; his feet and ankle ball-joints are labeled "L" and "R".
So now his feet are right, and he even *sits* better.
I can't help but feel that he's much more comfortable.
Yesterday’s work: Dearmine Dune. Tightened his strings, hot glue sueded, cleaned and changed eyes and clothes. Zeek Approved™! Nicer pics to come ^^

Hello everyone! I am so excited to show you Kelelin's new faceup! I commisioned the wonderful @prgrmmr to paint my moody cat boy and I think she did an astounding job!
