💪🏾🌸HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY🌸💪🏾 Thank you to all the women in my life and before my time who have made it possible for me to discover what it is to be a woman in this world. Being a woman doesn’t come naturally to me. That may sound strange but from a young age I was armoured, conditioned and traumatised into putting up every defence I had available to me. These are not the conditions under which a woman thrives and grows into herself as a creator, a lover, a nurturer. She is just surviving, and hoping that all those people who admire her and tell her she is strong, don’t discover just how vulnerable she really is. Like many of us, I have had to be the man to my woman. My defender, the one who works out where long busted boundaries should lie, the provider and the champion. And I’m proud of me. If you are resonating with what I’m saying, there is hope. These past few years the female friendships I have been blessed to form and nurture have supported me in the rediscovery of the divine feminine aspect of my being. I have taught, learned and communed with these embodiments of the goddess. The Goddess herself has seduced me and showed me how to be at one with her. Every time we make these precious connections, we understand a little more of how this feminine network is growing stronger across the globe. We are able to teach and support each other. We begin to find spaces where we can de-armour our masculine defences and maybe even teach other precious souls to do the same. I love you women everywhere.
