Creation is a spectrum between fear and love. These are the only two true options, but of course they can look different based on circumstances. For example: love can be seen as gratitude, hope, joy, or bliss; whereas fear can be seen as depression, hopelessness, hatred, or anger.
These feelings can be referred to as EMBODIMENTS, or STATES. Thoughts can help alter what you are embodying, but the true measure of embodiment is FEELING.
Thoughts can be influenced by what you see, experience, and consume on a day to day basis- which mostly leads to fear, because most of what we see out in the world is terrible and awful. Your thoughts can also be led by you, and be based on your grandest ideals and what you would love to see most in the world.
Either way, thoughts have an impact on your state- love or fear- but they are NOT the whole story.
EMOTIONS are a reaction to the world around you, and they are entrained into your habits and nervous system. That isn't to say you can't change them though! Conscious action can help rewire your enotional reactions. A good example of this is taking a deep breath and relaxing when you feel a strong emotion, instead of tensing up. Rewiring your emotional reactions requires feeling through emotions that have become "stuck" in your nervous system, usually because they weren't able to be processed initially.
FEELINGS can be a very good tool to help things start moving in the right direction, and are also the main indicator of your internal state. Some examples of feelings are: gratitude, love, or hope, and also hatred, upset, or discomfort. You can feel sad, but still feel grateful for the situation. You can also feel joy, but still be afraid of it being taken away.
Using feelings is very important to changing your experience of reality. Try to see if you can conjure up a feeling of hope or gratitude (I usually do this by thinking the word, or imagining something that calls those feelings up). Really FEEL these feelings inside (lol), they should be tangible in your physical body. Feelings are a culmination of all of the thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, as well as your connection to source energy.
This is very important!!! If you are not connected to source energy, a feeling of excitement can easily be felt as a feeling of terror. These feelings are actually part of the same spectrum, but your PERCEPTION of them changes depending where you are on the love-fear spectrum.
So how do you change where you are on the love-fear spectrum? In all honesty, it is a process. You have to actively retrain your system to hold more love. You do this by using thoughts, emotions, feelings, and actions TOGETHER. Changing your thoughts is only one part of the equation, you have to also EMBODY those positive thoughts by processing negative emotions, and feeling gratitude and hope to fill that space up once the emotions are processed. It can take a lot of time to be able to get your "love set-point" to a higher octave. For me, this process has taken years, and even now I catch myself slipping into fear.
Overall, it is a choice you have to make. Do you really want to have a better life? If so, you need to make the choice to start loving more!
The level of love you can hold determines how much goodness your reality can give you.
The good news is, you can hold an unlimited amount of love; it never stops growing because it is infinite. Therefore, your life can only get better and better as you climb up the levels of love. It is a lifetime commitment, but it is well worth the effort.
