I just had a dream where I ate this big slime guy and he turned into a little metre tall slug guy.

I then tried to eat the slug guy but the dream world logic wouldn’t let me.

I’m still mad that pathetic slug guy got to live a happy uneaten life. He deserved death.

last night i watched lancelot du lac and then the mithian ep and then the elyan one and had two or three mini breakdowns in a row (ive been reading too much merthur fic methinks) so i decided to gif a dance and ended up watching rent specifically ill cover you about 90 times and had a rather large breakdown realizing those two specific individuals actually carved out a big chunk of my heart about 29 years ago and their chemistry still pours out of their bodies all over my screen and seeps into my skin and fills that giant chunk just perfectly after all this time. i cried like i was 16 again standing outside the nederlander theater on 41st street clutching angel's shirtsleeve trying to form words but filling his charity bucket with tears instead.

I started posting Time After Time/“damn Baz, you live like this?”, so the small prologue is up. It’s going to be 10 chapters and I’ve written the first 5 so hopefully I will be fine with my weekly posting schedule. Have a little sneak peek of a later chapter:

No one knows about death, even though people have been coming back from the death for decades. Mages aren’t allowed to ask, since magic belongs to the living. Knowing too much about death can prevent people from fully living their lives and reaching their magickal potential.

Simon telling about death is probably bad as well, because I will know about death, but there are no rules for it. After all, Visitors remember that mages will not ask, so out of principle they don’t bring it up.

But I am a seventy-eight years old vampire in the body of a forty year old man. Will I ever die? Probably not, so I cannot fear it. In fact, I crave it.

“Tell me.”

Simon looks a bit nervous. He knows he’s breaking a law, but who’s going to prosecute him? He’s as dead as a doornail.
