i looked at that one while i was pawing through amazon and really appreciated that it had its working temperature range in its feature list. then i realized it would literally melt in my house.

the biggest downside with this one is that it just doesn't have enough buttons for me! "but farfalle, all you do is internet and fart around on the sims, why would you need more than 8 programmable buttons?" BECAUSE REASONS

i almost went with a logitech, but i wound up going with this one because: 1.) venus rhymes with penis 2.) 16,400 dpi is a big number so i'll be able to say "YEP, i got a 16k dpi back at my workstation. i guess you could say it's somethin' of a gaming mouse." and then i tip my fedora and crush a handful of doritos into my face. 3.) one phrase: "The LED may be disabled as per your preference."  4.) 18 month warranty for the day when i inevitably drop it in the toilet somehow 5.) Look At All These Fucking Buttons

I’m pretty sure you mean telling the other person the basics and doing it in our own styles (could be wrong) but either way it sounds cool. i would totally be up for it.
