Alexander wasn’t too surprised with how much time he and Peter had been spending since he got back. He was happy to reconnect with his family, but the wolf wanting the affection and to scent his family was something he half expected and was more than okay with.

The fingers running through his hair brought a small smile to his lips and he leaned closer to his brother-in-law. He reached to squeeze the man’s forearm gently but didn’t stop him from messing with his hair.
