This semi truck is equipped with one heckuva sleeper cab. However, that’s not the most interesting thing about this big rig. And no, it’s not the paint job either, though we like that too. The hint lies in the hood scoop. See the duck graphic with the word “duck” lining the side? Good, now look at the hood ornament. Those are manufactured by Death Proof Ducks and truckers love them! The backstory is they were produced in the early 70s for hot rods and became famous after Sam Peckinpah purchased a few for his movie “Convoy.” The mold was rediscovered in 2004 (on a shelf in a storage facility of all places).
