Harlock week Day 5: Favorite Ship

My favorite ship is the Deathshadow from Cosmo Warrior Zero. There is a ship like this one but black but it was called the Arcadia in the 1978 Captain Harlock series. I love this ship more than any other ships.

Harlock Week Day 2: Favorite War

I have to agree with @sherlockisadanger that this battle was pretty epic. I just love when Captain Harlock, Emeraldas, the space pirates and the Karyu join forces to defeat the Hellcastle.

Captain Harlock Week, Day two: Favorite Companion If you can guess my favorite by the milky way behind the wreck of the Deathshadow, you are probably already crying. I might apologize. Maybe. Yes I know the wreck would not still be smoldering but let me be melodramatic.

I really wanted to try to emulate the watercolor backdrops the original series and Endless Orbit used to represent space because I adore the color and unique ambiance they lend to the whole story.

So that Great Harlock project? Here's the cover. I'd like to be a professional artist one day and the Leiji verse is full of things I'm terrible at drawing (tech/perspective/weapons) so hopefully this'll help me gain the confidence to actually get paid for drawing one day. In light of that any and all feedback is appreciated. Also if you can be bothered to reblog I'll be externally grateful. :)
