Today’s post is the last post concerning Marie. Marie’s story started on January 8, 2016. Marie’s husband was an estate attorney, who preceded her in death.  Her story shows her power of attorney paperwork ignored by the Montgomery County courts, her advanced directives ignored by the Montgomery County courts, and today’s post shows Marie’s last will and testament ignored by the Montgomery County courts.  Hey Montgomery County, what do you think of the courts ignoring all your wishes that you set in place so that the courts can appoint their friends to neglect you while billing your estate, leaving your children substantially less than you anticipated as an inheritance?

Yesterday’s post showed an excerpt of Marie’s will that stated the executor should deduct any debt owed her by a child from their share of the inheritance.  Today’s post shows a gift letter signed by Marie and her husband stating that they gave their son Francis a gift of $122,000 that is intended as a forwarding of inheritance.  Will Judge Stanley Ott honor Marie and her husband’s wishes and deduct this amount from Francis’ inheritance?

Marie’s story has been covered over the past few months.  Marie’s husband preceded her in death and was an estate attorney in Montgomery County, PA.  Marie and her husband had all their paperwork in order concerning wills and advanced directives.  In review, first, Marie’s power of attorney paperwork was ignored and instead of her daughter, Kimberly, being assigned guardian, Marie was assigned fee-based guardians, who are cozy with the courts, namely Deborah Klock as guardian of the person and Julianna Van Duyne-King as guardian of the estate via Univest Bank.  Next, Marie’s advanced directives were ignored, since Deborah Klock petitioned the courts to make end of life decisions.  The next few posts will expose the nature in which Marie’s last will and testament are executed in Judge Stanley Ott’s court.

From Marie’s tax records after death in the court records, it shows that Marie’s total gross assets were $173,871.03.  In yesterday’s post, Marie’s initial gross assets were $641,200.49, which means that in a three year time span while Marie was under guardianship in Montgomery County, PA, her estate dwindled by $462,329.46!

The court records detailing the value of Marie’s assets are inconsistent. What Univest Bank, via Julianna Van Duyne-King, states are Marie’s assets are in the records, instead of copies of actual statements from Marie’s accounts.  In this version of accounting, Duyne-King calculated that the gross estate was initially $641,200.49.  Come back tomorrow to see how much Marie lost during her time in guardianship in Montgomery County, PA.

Mindy’s email was sent on April 15, 2012. Mindy stated in her email that her mother had advanced directives, and Diane Zabowski’s failure to act on them and to wait two weeks prolonged her mother’s suffering. (See Mindy’s email posted two days ago). Today’s post shows an excerpt from Diane Zabowski’s bill.  Although, Mindy’s email is dated April 15, 2012, Zabowski doesn’t review it until April 23rd, 2012.  Was Marie’s suffering extended even further, due to Zabowski’s inaction and delays?

The following shows an excerpt from Diane Zabowski’s bill to Marie’s estate that Judge Stanley Ott approves.  The billable items lack details as to why Marie should pay the attorney forced upon her by Judge Stanley Ott. Note that anytime Zabowski calls Deborah Klock, Marie’s court appointed guardian, and vice versa, they are generating billable moments for both of them.

Marie’s daughter, Mindy, emails her mother’s court appointed attorney, Diane Zabowski, concerning Zabowski’s failure to her mother, in addition to Zabowski’s causing her mother unnecessary suffering.
