Orry-Kelly likely designed this polka dot dress for the 1942 film 𝑮𝒆𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆 𝑾𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒍𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆, where Ann Sheridan wore it as Connie Fuller. The bow was removed when it was used many years later in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒔 – first in the 1974 episode entitled 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒔, where Linda Purl wore it as Alicia Hanover, and again in the episode 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒔𝒔, where Deborah White wore it as Young Olivia.
