it never fails to amaze me that young royals is omar’s debut. like HOW!? simon is such a multi-faceted character (i still don’t fully understand him sometimes) and somehow omar shows us every single side to him and DELIVERS it in every scene, i’m just so in shock when i think about this being his debut. simon is such a loving and caring individual but he is not afraid to fight for himself and those he loves either. that’s one of my favorite parts about him - he is strong and independent but ALSO he’s a sweet boy that’s falling in love for the very first time. he’s an advocate, he’s fiesty, he’s strong, he’s loving, he’s caring, he’s passionate, he’s insecure, he’s angry, he’s BRAVE, he’s loyal, he’s in love! how the hell does omar do it 😭
