I have this very weird, very niche kink, and I've decided it's about time I share it with the world. I no longer care enough to hide my shame.
Warnings: decapitation, mentions of gore (but no actual gore), stancest
Headless men. Not really sure how else to put it. The man is still alive, he just doesn't have a head, and there's skin in place of where his neck would be. I think the headless horseman is hot because he has no head, not just because he's a sexy ghost.
The head doesn't have to be completely gone either! (Let's use Ford for this example) Ford can just magically detach his head:
He can still control his body like a remote control, or his body can have a mind of its own and Ford's head can't control it while detached. Either way is fun, and I like imagining that Ford keeps control of his body when he detaches his head, but he can sort of let go of the control and his headless body will have a mind of its own.
While my main thing is the magic decapitation, there's more to it too! (Let's use Stan for this example) Stan's (of course head and) arm can detach from his body too, and Ford can have as much fun with his bro's arm all by itself as he likes ;)
And I know I said that there's no blood/gore, just skin where the body part is detached, but it can be done with gore (and ngl, I've seen some depictions of this with gore and I can't say I don't like it 👀 👀 👀).
If anyone's more curious about all of this, there is an actual name for it, it's called "natural body magic" or NBM. There is some relation between NBM and TF (transformation) and monsterfucking if anyone's interested in that kind of stuff too.
Now onto the main event; why am I coming out as a headless man fucker now? Because it's time for
Decapicember 2024! (an online friend came up with the name "Decapicember", not me. You know who you are <3)
A month for all things magical decapitation-ey! An excuse for me to (probably) write and/or draw some headless Stancest and headless Stans-not-involving-cest! (I make no promises to actually finish anything).

I actually drew this a little while ago. Sometimes I imagine Stan headless but still wearing his fez (like in my profile picture) and imagine "what if his head was taken away the fez itself and now it's possessing his headless body?"
One of my favorite guy-becomes-headless tropes is where he's wearing a hat and it falls down over his head, absorbing it and sending it to the void. And the hat taking control of the guy's body? That is some delicious spice on top ✨ (I think this scene from the Spongebob Movie did something to me as a kid)
Anyway, what we know about Stan's fez is that it was originally Filbrick's and had something to do with "The Royal Order of the Holy Mackerel"... so I propose (yet another) headless!Stans AU where The Holy Mackerel uses the fez to magically get rid of Stan's head and turn what's left of him into a vessel. Stan doesn't need eyes or ears or even a brain anymore- The Holy Mackerel Sees, Hears, And Knows All. (Sprinkle in some religous themes, and viola ;) )
question: how do the headless bodies see. you've mentioned them interacting with stuff and doing things like chores, but i've never seen you depict them with like... a cane. do they get used to the layout over time? did the bodies run around like headless chickens the first time their heads got yoinked off
Great question anon! Like how they are magically still alive and functional without a brain, they can magically see/hear/smell without eyes/ears/a nose. Imagine a pair of ghost eyes, if you will.
That's the vantage point they can see from. An advantage of not having physical eyes is they can look around 360 degrees. Just because headless!Ford doesn't have eyes doesn't mean you can sneak up on him from behind.
(Don't forget all his reflexes he's built up over those 30 years in the portal. Especially without a head, he's going to instantly tackle you without thought if you try anything (and that tackle will turn into playful rough housing and cuddling when he realizes you aren't a threat <3))
As for when their heads are detached but they're still in control of their bodies, then yeah they just see from their heads and basically remote control their bodies. That being said, this is fantasy magic and I can do what I want forever, so I do also like to imagine sometimes that even when in control of their bodies, they can magically see from their bodies too. Not sure the best way to describe this, but I think I illustrated it pretty well in my mind control stancest ficlet when Ford controls Stan for the first time (7th paragraph) if you wanna check that out. Imagine Stan, just sitting in the living room watching TV. He decides to go check on Ford, but he doesn't want to stop watching his show. Simple! Pop off his head, leave it on the chair, and go find Ford with his body. He can see where he's going and then interact with and listen to Ford from his body, all while not missing a second of his show that he's watching with his head :)
Anyway, point is, the headless bodies can already see. But I love your ideas of them using a cane or running around like headless chickens, and I cant get the pictures out of my brain, so I had to doodle them too <3

Headless werewolf Stan and headless lantern keeper Ford. Stan out one full moon night and dropping his hat in a bush. Reaching in only to get bit, not knowing a werewolf head was left behing there, and contracting both curses. Learning to navigate his life including getting hairier in his human form, his always detached head, and the shifting. Probably getting funny with it and having both head and body's necks wearing collars. Ford on the other hand looking for a something in the woods around the same time. Unknowingly disturbing a bone bare cemetary and gaining the ire of the undead caretaker, cursed to be a ghostly apparition with his head ppaced in a large lantern. Able to take it out but needing to return it there to "recharge" and rest. The brothers meeting up and showing off their new abilities while both laughing/grimacing over them both ending up headless alongside their other curse, really proving the two must be twins. Ford exploring and testing his brother's werebody as he gets turned on by the changes to make him bigger and buffer, enjoying being the smaller of the two now while all Stan can think about is having his body steal that lamtern and use his larger cock to fuck his brother's head inside, picturing him as a fleshlight now

I do love the idea of a Stan wearing a collar on both his bodiless head and his headless body... it's such a delicious way to show the cutoff between the two 🤤
And yeah, Ford absolutely would accidentally become a headless lantern-keeper ghost. And Stan would have fun using said lantern + head as a fleshlight xD
