Muppets and Into The Woods have so much in common that it almost feels redundant to combine them, but also let’s combine them.

I think the Token Humans should be Bernadette Peterson reprising her role of the Witch, and a human playing the Baker.

Actually, one of the Bakers couple being human and another being a Muppet makes that subplot much, much funnier, so definitely one of them. The Baker’s Wife also has potential, depending on who the Prince is played by.

One Human and one Muppet Prince also has potential.

Also, in the original Broadway play and a few live adaptations that I know of, actors tend to double up on roles (one of the Princes as the Wolf is common, the Steward is often a double since it’s a p small role, one I saw live had the non-Wolf Prince also play a Step-sister which was just great). Muppets have enough Big Names that I think this could be doable for true hilarity.
